Of the year 2004 The Quibbler would like to sincerely apologize to Cornelius Oswald Fudge and Dolores Jane Umbridge for the "slander" and "ridicule" they felt were directed toward them in our last full issue. We try to post the most accurate news as possible, but apparently, the accusations made against them were false and have left them and their reputations scarred. We hope the both of them will forgive us and are thankful to be allowed to run our news paper once again. Which brings me to my next point: The Quibbler is very sorry for the long delay of issues. Press Decree Number Forty-two caught us off-guard and therefore caused us unforseen trouble. Also, Happy Belated New Year and Happy Valentine's Day to all readers.
