Ginny Weasley
The next Fred/George Weasley?

After reviewing her fourth year at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, it can be said that Ginny Weasley, 14, has really come out of her shell!

In the past, she walked under renowned Harry Potter’s shadow, but as of late, “she doesn’t like him anymore,” the reliable Luna Lovegood informs us. And because of this, we’re beginning to see what the girl is really like. She talks nonstop, has picked up dating, and enjoys helping her brothers, Fred and George Weasley, pull pranks. The twin brothers are quite famous at Hogwarts for their “escape” last year.

However, with her two influential brothers now gone from Hogwarts, what will the youngest Weasley do? She obviously isn’t the shy little girl we once knew as “the kid who got stuck in the Chamber”.

“Gin got along most with Fred and George, I guess, and yeah, she normally never shuts up… except for when she liked Harry and all, but I don’t know what she’s going to do. Uh… why do you care?” Brother Ronald Weasley, fifth year, says.

And to answer, we care because with her two strongest influences gone, what will happen to her now?

“She’s not a complete idiot! She’s got a mind of her own and not everyone at Hogwarts has influences that decide how they’ll behave,” Hermione Granger haughtily tells us.

“If you ask me, that freckle-faced brat ought to be expelled. Did you see what she did to my face last year?” Draco Malfoy intervenes as he presumed to tell us about the Bat Bogey Hex Ginny Weasley placed on him at the end of last term.

“Malfoy’s face has always looked like that,” Ron Weasley tells us before leaving for Quidditch practice.

And when Ms. Weasley herself was approached about this article, she responded quite subtly. “You’re writing an article about me? Um… cool, I guess.” And that was all she had to say.

Hearing that, there is not much else we are able to reveal about Ginny Weasley except for the fact that she has changed. We must wait until the beginning of the next Hogwarts term to bring you more on this story!
