I>Scotland, UK—Muggle author of the famed Harry Potter book series, Joanne K. Rowling, announced to her fan community that she will be expecting a third child sometime next year. Rowling, noted as being the only muggle with complete access to Harry Potter and the Wizarding World, is hard at work on the sixth book in the series, which will detail Harry’s life during his sixteenth year. (At present, the exact age of Mr. Potter and his friends is unknown, due to necessity for secrecy on more than one front). Ms. Rowling informed her muggle fans on her website JK Rowling.com, about her happy news, and also assured them the pregnancy will not affect the publication of the sixth book, which she has entitled Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince. The author also stated that she has always wanted three children, and was delighted that her family would be expanding. Wizarding fans of the author are delighted for her. “Children are such a blessing, it’s a great thing for her,” says multiply blessed mum Molly Weasley, “I know she’ll be very happy. And, of course, it doesn’t matter much to me what happens with those books, because we know exactly what happened.” Though muggles have not the inside information most wizards do, they are nonetheless delighted for Ms. Rowling, who has long held a position of honor among them (she was recently bestowed with an honorary doctor honoris causa degree from Edinburgh University).
